DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO SHIPPING REQUIRED

The Loc Library primarily sells digital products and educational resources, including ebooks, guides, blueprints, roadmaps, checklists, trackers, worksheets, and other downloadable materials.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on an individual product page:

NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.

Digital purchases do not require traditional shipping, and customers will not receive a physical book, package, or other item through the mail.

PRODUCT IMAGES & MOCKUPS

Images displayed throughout The Loc Library website may include ebook covers, tablets, books, workbooks, computers, phones, or other product mockups for promotional and presentation purposes.

These images are intended to demonstrate or represent the digital product and do not mean that a physical product will be shipped to you.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After completing your purchase, your digital product will be delivered electronically.

Depending on the product and delivery system being used, access may be provided through:

Your order confirmation
Email
Your customer account
Shopify or a Shopify-integrated application
Another electronic delivery method specified at checkout

Please make sure you provide a current and accurate email address when completing your purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PRODUCT?

Digital products are generally made available shortly after successful payment processing.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing, internet connectivity, email providers, third-party applications, Shopify systems, or other technical circumstances.

If you do not immediately receive your digital product, please allow reasonable time for processing and check your:

Spam folder
Junk folder
Promotions folder
Order confirmation
Customer account, if applicable

INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address during checkout.

If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address and cannot access your purchase, please contact us.

We may request information necessary to verify your order before providing access to the digital product.

An incorrectly entered email address does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

PROBLEMS ACCESSING YOUR PURCHASE

If your payment was successfully processed but you have not received or cannot access your digital product, please contact The Loc Library for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to verify your purchase and provide access to the product you ordered.

A technical or delivery issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. Our first priority will be helping you successfully access your purchased content.

NO SHIPPING FEES

Because our standard products are delivered digitally, shipping fees generally do not apply to digital-only purchases.

If The Loc Library begins offering physical merchandise or other products requiring shipment in the future, applicable shipping costs, delivery estimates, and additional terms will be provided for those products before checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Digital products may be available to customers in multiple locations, subject to applicable laws, payment-processing availability, and any geographic restrictions imposed by The Loc Library or its service providers.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, there are generally no traditional shipping or customs charges associated with digital-only orders.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply to their purchase under the laws of their jurisdiction.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE

Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
