We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products and Services. However, colors, layouts, images, product mockups, or other visual elements may appear differently depending on your device, screen, software, or settings.

Product mockups may be used for presentation purposes and do not necessarily represent a physical item.

We do not warrant that any product will meet every customer's individual expectations or produce a specific hair, business, professional, financial, or personal result.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUND POLICY

Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, all products sold by The Loc Library are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the immediate-access, downloadable, and reproducible nature of digital products, The Loc Library does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing digital content.
No physical item will be shipped unless expressly stated.
You have reviewed the product description before purchasing.
You understand what is included with your purchase.
Digital content may become accessible shortly after purchase.
Your purchase is final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Failure to read a product description before completing a purchase does not automatically qualify the order for a refund.

DIGITAL ACCESS ISSUES

A technical issue, lost email, incorrect email address, inability to locate a download, or similar delivery issue does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before completing checkout.

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible. Any accommodation regarding accidental duplicate purchases will be determined at our discretion except where otherwise required by law.

PERSONAL USE ONLY

Unless a product expressly provides different licensing rights, purchasing a Loc Library digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that product.

By purchasing from The Loc Library, you acknowledge and agree that digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.

Because The Loc Library primarily sells digital products, traditional shipping generally does not apply.
